How to book your University, College or School Trip with Uni-Travel

Step 1
Take a look through our website and familiarise yourself with the information provided, which helps you decide how to go about booking your trip with us.

Step 2
Contact a member of our specialist group team for a no obligation quote or complete our online form here. Alternatively, contact us by phone (01524 388 388), fax (01524 386319) or e-mail groups@uni-travel.co.uk

If you are completing our online form, don’t forget to supply a contact number during the day where we can get hold of you for any questions we may have in quoting for your trip.

Step 3
We will then send you a booking form and all the relevant information required to book your trip. Fill out the booking form and send it back to us as soon as you can so that we can start processing and confirming your travel arrangements.

Step 5
Depending on numbers, dates and types of travel; it will be necessary to take a deposit for your trip which you will be informed of during the quoting process. This deposit will need to be paid and then final balance dates will be issued to you.

Step 6
We will send you all relevant travel documentation 2-3 weeks prior to your group departure.

Please note: For bookings less than 10 weeks prior to departure, full payment will be due on confirmation of your trip. All deposits paid are non-refundable.

The Final Step requires you and your group to enjoy your trip, with the peace of mind that everything has been taken care of for you. There will also be a dedicated 24/7 emergency use only contact number given to you for any issues that may arise whilst you are away.
