Uni-Travel ensures that you and your group make the most of every moment of your trip by carefully planning your itinerary down to the very last detail. However, in case of any issues that may arise, there are some useful hints and tips below to help you whilst you’re away.

In an emergency 24/7
In the unlikely event of an emergency situation whilst you and your group are away, Uni-Travel has a emergency procedures in place to help you, with a member of our staff on hand 24/7 via our emergency contact facility. You will not be passed through a call centre or messaging service but instead you will speak directly to a member of our team employed by Uni-Travel to help resolve your issue.

24/7 support 7 days a week, 365 days a year, a Uni-Travel member of staff in the UK will be available to take emergency calls from group leaders needing assistance. If it is not a serious emergency, you can also use our email contact facility, which we hope to respond to you on within a maximum of 8 hours from receipt.

In a medical emergency whilst on tour, Uni-Travel can provide help and assistance in providing details of local medical assistance to assist you if required.

Local guides
If required on your trip, Uni-Travel can provide local guides who are fluent in both the native language of the country you visit and English to help you on your visit. These guides can be provided at an additional cost, which will be advised to you at the time of quoting.

Eating Out
Pre-booking meals for your group whilst you are away offers a number of advantages whilst away on your trip. If you would like us to take care of this for you, please let your Uni-Travel advisor know.
